President's Bulletin Board: Easement
The roads in Malvern are obviously there for the use of the residents. It has been noted that some lot owners allow brush, trees and weeds to grow in the easement that makes up the road sides. Additionally, there are trees on residents properties that have limbs overhanging the road and hitting vehicles. It is the lot owner's responsibility to clear/cut these branches away from the road. In the past volunteers and Board members took it upon themselves to proactively take care of these problems. That is no longer the case. Everyone is responsible for their own property. Please take action as required.

V/R,
Gerald Monnat
President of the Board, Malvern HOA

Roads Committee: Repair & Maintenance
Repair work on Surrey Court has been completed, and the repair areas marked for this year's maintenance. (for the most part)

Road repairs & crack filling should be completed this month.

During the roadway survey, properties with trees that need to be cut back from encroaching in the roadway were noted. Postcards will be sent to those lots requesting that they cut back the trees, shrubs, etc.

I will recommend to the board that we hire an outside contractor to do this work and bill lot owners if they choose not to maintain the Right of Ways.

Anyone having any questions regarding road repairs, or tree cutting can contact me directly:
