The Site is owned and operated by Malvern Club, Inc. ("Club"). The Site only collects information necessary to operate the Site and to respond to e-mail correspondence. We do not rent or sell any of the information collected to anyone, anytime, PERIOD.

What personally identifiable information is collected from you and why
The Site is owned and operated by Malvern Club, Inc. ("Club"). The Site only collects information necessary to operate the Site and to respond to e-mail correspondence. We do not rent or sell any of the information collected to anyone, anytime, PERIOD.

  1. IP Address: The Site does not collect IP addresses, however, our Internet hosting service, "One World Hosting," does. A quote from their Privacy Statement: "We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site."     1. A valid e-mail address is necessary if you e-mail a comment or question to the Site. Your e-mail may be saved and/or forwarded to a Club Board member for discussion/review/resolution.
    2. A valid e-mail address is necessary to register on the Malvern Bulletin Board. Your e-mail address may be revealed if you send e-mails to other Bulletin Board members.
  3. Cookies: Cookies are used by the Host and in the Bulletin Board.

What cookies are and how they are used
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Certain features of the Bulletin Board require that you accept cookies in order to work properly.

If you choose not to provide personal information, you can still use the Site, but you will not be able to access areas or use features that require you to submit personal information, such as joining the Bulletin Board.

We provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information submitted during your registration. You may delete your registration at any time by clicking on the appropriate link provided by the system.

The Site is a general audience web site. Children should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone online. The Site does not sell or rent personal information about any of our users, regardless of age.

Other than the administrator of the Site or other authorized personnel of the Bulletin Board, you are the only person who has access to your personal information.

As a result, the Club cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online services, and you do so at your own risk. Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example, in ads that you post on the Bulletin Board or through e-mail - that information can be collected and used by others.
