While all Malvern Club reports can be found on our website, we thought that this email could provide a timely reminder for discussion before the next scheduled meeting.

| Reserve Study |
| The Board accepted the updated Reserve Study and directed it be posted along with a draft update to the 5-year plan. It's predicted that a modest dues increase of $25, beginning in 2020 and every fourth year thereafter, will be adequate to cover paving and other component costs. |
| Clubhouse Report |
| Maintenance issues are being addressed including repairs to the HVAC system. |
| Lake & Grounds |
| Report of lights in mailbox area, adding carp to the lake, status regarding spillway upgrade requirement. |
| Activity Center |
| Report on use and request to improve flooring. |
