Reminder: Please attend the Fall 2020 Membership meeting where we will review/discuss/vote on the proposed 2021 budget, review/discuss/vote on the Short-Term Rental Covenant Change, hear committee reports, and discuss other issues important to our community. If you cannot attend the October 17th meeting, please find information below about how to provide your proxy form and ballot.
Voting allows you to exercise your right to help direct the operation of the community when you cannot or do not wish to attend a scheduled membership meeting.
Copies of the Proxy and Ballot are included in the
October 2020 Malvern Communicator. In addition, the Board provides this fillable
»Proxy Form« and this fillable
»Short-term Rental Ballot«. You can open, fill, save and/or print the form or ballot and deliver it via one of these methods:
- Hand delivery to a member you designate
- Mail to Malvern Club, Inc., 905 Malvern Drive, Madison, VA 22727
- Scan & email to malvern-proxy@malvernofmadison.org
- Drop in the drop box at Malvern’s entrance.
Proxy Details: One vote for each lot you own. Your
proxy will be used to satisfy QUORUM requirements of 50 lots represented either in person or by
proxy and must be delivered on or before the October 17th meeting.
Ballot Details: One vote for each lot you own. The
Short-Term Rental Covenant Change Ballot can be delivered on, before, or after the October 17th meeting. The voting period will end when at least 156 lots vote in favor of adoption, when at least 79 lots vote against adoption, or May 27, 2021, whichever event occurs first.
So please, exercise your right to vote and help guide your HOA.
