Hello Malvern News Subscribers,
This Newsletter is brought to you by the Click here Malvern Board of Directors. Thank you for subscribing and please inform your Malvern neighbors of this news service.

Homeowners' Association:
In addition to this Newsletter, the Board maintains the Click here Malvern Web Site where you can find reports of meetings, the latest "Malvern Communicator," policies, forms, and a wealth of other information about our community. And, please, come to the monthly Board meetings to learn more about the latest of what's going on!

Next Monthly Board Meeting
Date:Thursday, January 8, 2015
Location:Clubhouse
Time:7:00 pm
Agenda:View View/Print Agenda

President's Bulletin Board:
PinLast month I mentioned that ATVs are not allowed on our roads. Two days ago I saw two people in a camo ATV buzzing out on Malvern Drive and coming back in a few minutes later. Please remind friends and neighbors not to use their off-road vehicles on the road!
PinWe finally have progress on the Conservator of the Peace. Paperwork has gone to a Judge from Sheriff Weaver. The Judge makes final determination and signs off for approval. That's and we will get notification of what can and cannot be managed by Mr. Blakey. I am hopeful this happens in the next 30 days but it took 90 days to get to this stage!
PinI hope everyone had a great Holiday season and I wish you all a healthy, happy New Year!

Architectural Committee: Application Form
The form for Application for shed's, etc, other than a home, is being reviewed and rewritten. It will include references to the Click here Malvern HOA rules and covenants and also cover county requirements. Ultimately it is the association residents who are responsible for researching and completing all requirements for building on their property. Questions can always be addressed to the Click here Architecture Committee and the Board of Directors. All forms for the association will be available on the Click here Malvern Web page.

Grounds & Lake Committee: News Boxes
I would like to remind members who have a news box to use the lock. Besides discouraging theft of your newspaper it prevents the unassigned news tubes from being flooded with unsolicited papers and flyers.

Keep in mind in the event that you move you need to return the key and have your name removed from the registry. New owners will be assigned a new box and key. News boxes are not handed down with the lot.

Firewise Committee: Wildland Fire News
Malvern is subscribed to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Wildland Fire Newsletter. Click here Click Here to view the December 2014 issue in your web browser.

Malvern News Publication Schedule:
The Newsletter will be sent monthly, usually the first Thursday, and Ad-Hoc when needed. Committee Chairs must submit their input at least two days in advance.

If you have any questions about this Newsletter or any of the Community activities please visit our Click here Contacts Page.
