What is Malvern

We're a private lakeside community located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Madison County, Virginia.

Our Amenities

We have a 15 acre lake, playground, swimming pool and garden style clubhouse with scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Who Lives Here

People of all ages, including families with school age children as well as retirees. Together, we form a diverse and friendly place to live.

There are 234 lots over 750 acres, each with a minimum of 3 acres. The community is a self-managed Homeowners' Association (HOA).
