What is Malvern
We're a private lakeside community located in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Madison County, Virginia.
Our Amenities
We have a 15 acre lake, playground, swimming pool and garden style clubhouse with scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Who Lives Here
People of all ages, including families with school age children as well as retirees. Together, we form a diverse and friendly place to live.
